‘Life isn’t all beer and skittles’. Most of us know that famous quote from Tom Brown’s Schooldays but sometimes we think life should be. At least for a weekend!
Whether you’re part of a regular team in a league or just enjoy the occasional skittles game in your local pub, you’ll just love our fabulous skittles weekends. All you need to do is get at least ten of your family and friends together, choose and book your weekend. We’ll handle the rest.
If you’re looking to celebrate the end of your league season or wondering how to spend the money in the kitty, why not come away with us and enjoy a skittles game or two?!
Give your team captain or secretary a break too. We organise everything from skittles games to excursions so nobody has to find hotel rooms, sort out meals, taxis and entertainment.
We take over the entire venue for the weekend so you can party away with your fellow guests and crank up the volume, with everything under one roof.
Be prepared for non-stop fun, skittles game fun, live entertainment, great accommodation and super food. Our events are held in lovely hotels and holiday parks in coastal resorts in the South and South West of England. Return coach transport is included, so nobody has to drive.
If you’re a smaller group, even a single or a couple, ask us about our selected events where you’ll be able to form a team with other guests.
Anyone aged 18 to 118 is welcome and the teams can be just guys, just girls or mixed. Every team is guaranteed at least three skittles games. But that’s only part of the fun.
So - how would we describe our skittles weekends? We get the ball rolling the moment you arrive, with a welcome party. You’ll enjoy two nights’ accommodation, full or half board depending on the venue, use of all the facilities, optional trips to local places of interest and shopping centres plus some live evening entertainment and late bars. Our larger venues have live bands and karaoke.
No wonder so many of our teams return year after year and sometimes two or three times a year.

Scrummy food

Comfortable rooms in hotels and holiday centres plus use of facilities, all located in coastal resorts in southern England.

Once you’ve booked your weekend, dust off your dancing shoes and pack your bag. We take care of the rest.

Dance until the small hours, music across the decades, live entertainment plus a fancy dress party if you fancy!

Coach transport is provided so there’s no need for someone to be lumbered with all the driving.

If you’ve ever had to arrange a weekend for you and your mates, you’ll know how hard it can be. Come and play a skittles game on our weekends away and suddenly it’s peasy. All you have to do is decide the date and the venue. We do the rest.
With nearly three decades experience, we know our guests love a fun packed, hassle free weekend. So we organise your accommodation, include meals (full or half board depending on venue), two nights of top entertainment with live bands, late night karaoke and bars, as well as the skittles game competition. Our venues are in lovely coastal locations so you can enjoy some time at the seaside. We also offer coach trips around local attractions as part of your stay.
With everything under one roof, you and your party can have exactly the weekend they want. Go to bed early, dance the night away, it’s entirely up to you.
Our highly experienced event organisers are always on hand to help with anything. They probably won’t need to give you any skittles tuition. However, they don’t need much persuasion to get on the dance floor!

The Process
BOOK YOUR PERFECT WEEKEND
Choose your venue and date. Get your team of a minimum of ten together. Supporters and partners also welcome, subject to availability. Call us if you’re a smaller group. Every team is guaranteed at least three games.
GET IN TOUCH
When you’re ready to book or have some questions, it’s super helpful to have some info ready. How many are in your group? Are you an all men, ladies or a mixed group? Where are you from?
WE ORGANISE IT ALL
Once booked, we will send over your statement detailing payment information. Then 3 – 4 weeks before your weekend, we’ll send the itinerary to share with your group. Then just pack your bag.
Don’t Stress: We’ll Do It All
You’re the guest, not the organiser. So that means nobody has to find hotel rooms, sort places to eat, organise activities and entertainment for you and your party.
All you have to do is round up your mates, choose your weekend, make your booking and pack your bag. Oh and work out where the bar is…...
We take care of everything else so you can relax and enjoy great times with your group. Absolutely no further decision making is required - other than what to eat or drink!

It all started 14 or 15 years ago as a change for a dozen guys who enjoy a weekend away. We like these weekends because we’re all together, not split up, all drinking in the same place. It’s just an ideal situation really. If we win all well and good, if we don’t nobody worries about it. Some do take it seriously, my boys do want to win, but by Sunday morning they have such big hangovers!
